Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning teams across commercial, school, or hospital contracts
• Conduct weekly quality audits (KPIs) and client SLA reviews
• Manage chemical cleaning stock inventories and machine maintenance
• Deliver COSHH and site induction training for new cleaning staff
• Manage staff shift rotas, timesheet approvals, and sickness cover

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £14 to £19 per hour (PAYE) or annual salary equivalent.
