Role Overview & Responsibilities

First impressions matter in hospitality. Emerald247 provides experienced, presentable waiting and bar staff for busy restaurants, hotel dining rooms, independent bars, and high-end venues.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage table service utilizing silver service or casual standards
  • Craft cocktails, pour draught beers, and serve fine wines following licensing laws
  • Prepare specialty espresso coffees and artisan hot drinks as trained baristas
  • Operate POS till systems, handle cash/card transactions accurately
  • Maintain clean, welcoming dining tables and bar counters

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £11.50 to £16 per hour (PAYE) + venue tips.
