Role Overview & Responsibilities

Curb appeal and exterior glass clarity require specialist window cleaning teams. Emerald247 provides certified window cleaners skilled in purified water-fed pole systems, MEWPs (cherry pickers), and abseil rigging.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate pure water-fed pole reach systems up to 60+ feet safely from ground level
  • Clean interior and exterior commercial glass, frames, and sills
  • Operate powered access cradles and MEWP boom lifts for high-rise facades
  • Perform pressure washing of exterior building cladding and signage
  • Conduct working-at-height risk assessments and safety rigging

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £13.50 to £22 per hour (PAYE).
