Role Overview & Responsibilities

Supply Teachers enjoy complete schedule freedom and local variety. Stepping into pre-set lesson plans, supply teachers deliver confident classroom management without heavy evening marking obligations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly at assigned schools to deliver pre-set teacher cover work
• Maintain positive classroom discipline and adhere to school behaviour policies
• Ensure all pupil work is completed, marked, and left neatly for returning teachers
• Provide detailed handover notes regarding pupil progress and conduct
• Adapt quickly to diverse school environments and lesson plans

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Daily rates from £140 to £210 per day (PAYE).

Total Schedule Control

Work as many or as few days per week as you choose with no marking.
