Role Overview & Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform manual handling, unloading deliveries, and distributing building materials across site
• Maintain clean, safe site access routes, gangways, and welfare facilities
• Assist skilled tradesmen with site prep, mixing mortar, and shuttering cleanup
• Operate basic site hand tools, wheelbarrows, and site rubbish chutes safely
• Enforce site PPE rules (Hard hat, steel cap boots, Hi-Vis, gloves, goggles)

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £13 to £16.50 per hour (CIS / PAYE).

CSCS Verified Site Staff

100% of labourers possess valid CSCS cards prior to site entry.

Compliant CIS Weekly Payroll

Direct weekly CIS subcontractor pay with UTR verification.

Long-Term Site Contracts
