Role Overview & Responsibilities

Craftsmanship and trade expertise are critical to structural integrity and architectural finish. Emerald247 connects qualified, CIS-registered tradesmen with main contractors and housebuilders.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Execute first and second fix joinery, timber framing, and roof truss installation
Lay face brickwork, blockwork, and execute architectural masonry
Perform drainage, deep trenching, concreting, and curb laying groundworks
Execute internal plastering, dry lining, and tape & jointing
Install 1st/2nd fix electrical circuits or plumbing systems under regulations

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £18 to £28+ per hour (CIS) depending on trade specialism.
