Role Overview & Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, subcontractor trades, and programme schedules
• Conduct morning site inductions, toolbox talks, and RAMS compliance checks
• Enforce strict site health & safety, environmental, and building control standards
• Manage site material orders, plant deliveries, and logistics schedules
• Liaise with client architects, structural engineers, and building inspectors

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Day rates from £220 to £350 per day (CIS / Ltd / PAYE).
